I went to the doctor on wed. it went well. i found out i have something called frozen shoulder. From what i understand it means that i strained my shoulder at my body rebuilt tissue to give it more strength. the only problem is that it healed alittle to tight and it is causing me to lose movement. i was given some meds and i began taking it today. So hopefully it will go away.
Nikki and i have now been together for 9 months. it is really going by fast. i cant believe it. March will be here in no time. We betterget a little more serious about planning.

Hope the medicine helps! Sorry it wasn't just sleeping wrong, but at least they found out what it was. Hope you feel better soon. Wow...nine months, time does go fast! Love ya guys
