Utah Trip Dec. 2008

We got back safely from our trip to utah. It was so much fun. we Stopped in vegas on the way up but Quickly learned that there is not much to do that early in the morning. But the M&M store was pretty Cool.
We stayed the night in St. Geroge with a mission Buddy, Matt Sharp. We got to see the temple and that night Matt treated us with his Favorite Dr. Seuss book. I dont remember the Tittle. it was about a moose that let animals live

on his head. We Got to salt Lake and Stayed with our Friends Wesley and Abby. We went and say teh Christmas lights at Temple Square and got to see all of the cool stuff there. It was so much fun to spend some time with them.

The Confrence center was sooo Big!!

On monday we stopped but Jared for a visit and we all went to Alicias house. We got about 4 or 5 phone calls telling us that the roads were really bad in southern utah as well as in California. so we stayed an extra night with Alicia. Iwas a a Blast to see them again. Brooklyn is such a cute little girl and she really loved nikki!



On Tuesday we stopped by Filmore so that Nikki could have a chance to meet grandmother and Grandpa Peterson. It was really good to see both of them. but as always it was hard to say goodbye.

Grandpa seemed to be doing well. he was very excited to see us and Gave me the "Very Good!" when i asked him what he thought of me Marrying Nikki. It was very touching to watch him hold her hand and tell her he loved her. I wish i would have got a picture.

All in all..... This trip was amazing! we went around church history museums and even got to watch the Joseph Smith Moovie. We are glad to be home safely but not to excited about being back into reality.

Quick Update!

Hey, sorry it has been so long since we have written on here. We just wanted to give a quick update. We are still doing well. All of the wedding plans are just about done. we are just double checking everything now. We are planning a trip to utah this weekend. We are going to stay with one of andy's mission friends Wesley Keesler and his wife Abby. We ae also staying a night in St. George with another one of his friends Matt Sharp. We are both very Excited! We are ging to salt lake to see Temple square with all the Christmas lights. On the way home we are planning on stopping by grandmother and grandpa Peterson so that Nicole can meet them. All in all it should be a fun trip. We are planning on leaving friday morning and will be home on Monday Night.
